ChatGPT’s recent all-time memory feature applies conversation memory to its searches, offering more personalized and relevant results for its users. This update allows businesses to better tailor their content to the needs and behaviors of specific customers.

Understanding your ICP (ideal customer persona) is key to accessing new opportunities for brand visibility in the evolving world of AI-driven search. As always, create informative content that speaks to your ICP. Now, you should also consider how your ICP might be engaging with platforms like ChatGPT, and how their search approaches may vary across different discovery surfaces.
