This project was specifically for Kawai's U.S. branch, which offers a complete line of Kawai acoustic pianos, digital pianos, hybrid instruments, and professional products to musicians across the United States.

Kawai America Corporation started consulting with InboundAV in May 2022. In late 2022-2023, InboundAV provided HubSpot onboarding and implementation for Kawai's U.S. branch, including the management of data covering over 400,000 piano sales, over 1,000 technicians worldwide, nearly 1,000 dealers, 140,000 customers, and data dating back to the 1930s.
Successfully executing the import of all-time data required included the creation of custom-coded Custom Objects in HubSpot to accommodate the business’s unique contact profiles. Additionally, the task called for detailed organization, automation, and the setup of multiple workflows to connect thousands of data points.
What was previously decades of data in multiple places has now been merged into a single source of truth on HubSpot. 100% visibility of data has not only saved the client significant time in customer service, marketing, and sales, but it has also improved the customer experience. Kawai can now offer enhanced services that cater to customers’ unique needs based on comprehensive data that shows the full story of their long and successful history.
